A NOTE FROM NADI
and for a long time, I thought more was more. more knowledge, more techniques,
more ways to understand the body correctly.
It took me years to realize what people actually needed wasn't more.
it was slower.
quieter.
a genuine returning to what the body already knows.. before the noise, before the striving,
before trying to get it right.
That's what I've tried to build my teaching around. and it's what Woven is.
There is no curriculum to complete. not a set of things to learn.
But six weeks of real attention- to your body, your breath, your nervous system ,
held carefully, one thread at a time.
I won't promise transformation. I will promise presence. I'll be with you the whole way.
Nadi
~ You practice - but something still feels like it's happening on the surface
~ Your nervous system is tired in a way that rest doesn't seem to touch
~ You want to go deeper but you're not sure what deeper actually feels like
~ You're a teacher or practitioner and you want to live what you teach, not just speak it
~ Something has been calling you inward... and you're ready to answer

THE JOURNEY
each week has its own theme ~
something to move through, breathe with, sit inside.
the weeks build on one another, but slowly. nothing is rushed here.
Week 1
THE ART OF LANDING
before we can go anywhere, we practice the radical act of being here.
this week is about sensing the ground beneath you, in your body, your breath, your life.
we establish the foundation of the container, meet one another, and begin listening inward.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ where in my body do I feel most at home right now? where feels unfamiliar or far away?
~ what does "arriving" feel like - not as an idea, but as a sensation?
~ what am I carrying into this container that I'm ready to set down?
~ practice: five minutes of conscious arrival before anything else, every morning this week
Week 2
THE BODY AS TEACHER
the body is always speaking. this week, we slow down enough to hear it. we move from sensation rather than instruction -
from feeling rather than form. through somatic exploration, we begin to restore the conversation between mind and body that modern life has muffled.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ where in my body do I feel the most resistance right now? what might it be protecting?
~ what happens in my body when I slow down - really slow down?
~ if my body could speak without words, what would it say today?
~ practice: one moment of body check-in at noon each day - no fixing, just noticing
Week 3
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM'S LANGUAGE
breath is the bridge between what we can and cannot control. this week, we explore prana (life force) not as technique but as living intelligence - meeting the breath where it is, learning to work with it, and discovering how deeply it can regulate,
restore, and reconnect us.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ how am I breathing right now - before I try to change it?
~ when do I hold my breath without realizing it? what is happening in those moments?
~ what does it feel like to let the breath breathe me, rather than me breathing it?
~ practice: physiological sigh three times before a transition, each day this week
Week 4
MOVING WHAT HAS BEEN HELD
the body stores what the mind cannot process. this week, we create space for what has been held , not by forcing release,
but by creating the conditions for it.
through movement, breath, and witnessing, we let the body complete what it began.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ what am I still holding that the moment has already passed?
~ where in my body do I feel the most bracing or tightening - and what does it feel like to soften there, even 5%?
~ what would it mean to trust my body's own timing of release?
~ practice: end each movement session by lying still for as long as you moved - let the body reorganize
Week 5
THE GROUND OF BEING
stillness is not the absence of movement - it is the presence beneath it.
this week we practice inhabiting the still point at the center of everything:
between inhale and exhale, between one thought and the next.
we discover that presence is not something we achieve - it is what remains when we stop running from it.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ what does stillness feel like in my body — not as concept, but as lived experience?
~ where do I find it hardest to be still? what does that restlessness want to tell me?
~ when I stop doing, who am I?
~ practice: ten minutes of conscious stillness each day — not sleep, not scroll, just being
Week 6
WEAVING IT INTO LIVING
the journey doesn't end here - it lands here. this final week is about integration:
how do we bring what we've felt, discovered, and opened into the texture of ordinary life?
we close the container with intention, celebrate what has shifted, and each person leaves with
a personal practice thread to carry forward.
WEEKLY PROMPTS
~ what has genuinely shifted in these six weeks — not what should have, but what actually has?
~ what one practice, sensation, or teaching do I most want to carry with me?
~ what does "living the practice" look like for me now — in this life, in this body?
~ closing ritual: write a letter to your body. no agenda. just listening.
"this isn't about becoming something.
it's about recognising what was
always already there."

"Nadi's way of giving feedback was so encouraging
and with love & joy...
her teaching is a lot more than yoga.
it's coming home to yourself."
-EMINE HALEFOGLU, YOGA TEACHER
"the mentorship with Nadi was a big wave of support and inspiration. I really trust this amazing woman - the way she holds space, shares her approach, and supports others
is unlike anything I've experienced."
-ANNA BROZOVA, YOGA TEACHER
"Nadi is an inspiration for me as a teacher. I could share my insecurities and her look on it was so honest and pure.
it guided me back to the essence of why I started teaching in the very first place."

Do I need to have an existing practice?
no. what matters more is that you're genuinely curious about your body and willing to show up for six weeks.
beginners and long-time practitioners both find their way in.
When do the live sessions happen?
the session time is arranged around you. before we begin, Nadi and you find a weekly time that
fits naturally into your life - not the other way around.
How much time does it ask of me each week?

some people spend five minutes, some spend much more. the practice expands to meet you.
What does 1:1 support actually look like?
