a gentle path back to your body
(coming soon)

If you've spent the last however-long feeling like a stranger in your own skin...

scrolling instead of feeling. holding instead of releasing. moving through your days a little braced, a little far from yourself...

this is for you.

7 Days, 7 Practices is a slow unfolding.

each day, one practice, one invitation to come back into the body you live in.

no big transformation promised... just small, honest returns.

nothing here asks you to fix yourself. it asks you to notice, to soften, to listen.

i'm putting this together right now, and i wanted you to be the first to know.

this isn't about being good at yoga.

it's about being good to yourself,

one day at a time.

What's Coming

Guided practices,

one for each day

movement, breath, stillness...

woven together, to support the journey

Gentle nervous system support

no forcing, no performing.

just what the body actually needs.

10–15 minutes a day

made to fit into a real life,

simple.accesible.real

Lifetime access

move at your own pace. return whenever you need to.

by the end of the 7 days, nothing about your life needs to have changed.

but something in the body often does... a little more room to breathe.

a little more trust in the ground beneath you.

a little more home.

what if I'm not flexible, or new to yoga?

this isn't about flexibility, or getting a pose "right." every practice can be softened or supported with props you already have at home. if you have a body and a breath, you're ready.

how much time do i need each day?

10 to 15 minutes. one practice a day, at whatever pace your life allows.

some days you may want to stay longer - that's welcome too, never required.

do i need any equipment?

a few practices use a strap, belt, or blocks - most households already have something that works (a scarf, a belt, firm cushions). nothing fancy is required.

when does it open, and what happens after i join the waitlist?

i'm finishing the practices now. the moment it's ready, the waitlist hears first,

with early access and a founding price before it opens more widely.

is this a subscription?

no. it's a one-time offering, yours to keep and return to whenever you need it, no recurring charge, no pressure to keep up.
